Welcome reception

A welcome reception will be offered to participants on Sunday July 1, at the conference venue.


The Welcome reception will start at 17:00 on Sunday July 1st!

Music concert

Philharmonic orchestra concert & dining cocktail will be organised at the Rudolfinum Hall on July 4 evening,
a famous Prague music venue.

19:00 – dining cocktail

19:45 – the awards ceremony

20:20 – concert

Free tickets for public transports

A free ticket pass for public transport, valid from July 1 to July 5, will be offered to the participants. The ticket will be given during registration.


How to reach Prague and the conference venue

Prague airport Václav Havel

You may reach the conference venue by:

– taxi: AAA yellow taxis, English speaking operators. The basic price is 28 CZK/km. AAA taxis can be ordered at tel.: (00420) 14014 or (00420) 222333222 or mobile: (00420) 729331133. Taxi AAA from airport to Conference venue costs about 400 CZK (approx.15 EUR). When in town we also recommend using AAA which provides a reliable service. They will usually arrive in 10 min at no extra charge. Service at hotel reception can also order a taxi for you.

 – public transport: Public bus No. 119 from the Prague Airport to Metro A station Nádraží Veleslavín (17 minutes journey, operates from 5–24 h. daily in 5–30 min interval). Bus station is close to terminal exits. Ticket price is 32 CZK in ticket machines or in newspaper stands, but 40 CZK if bought from driver and is valid for 90 minutes in all Prague transport means (Metro, tram, bus). With green Metro line A please go to the station Dejvická – the journey will take 4 minutes, it is 2 stations.
