Papers will be scheduled at 15-minute or 5-minute intervals for Oral standard and Oral Flash + Poster presentations respectively. Plan to leave 1-2 minutes for transition to the next speaker, since participants should have the possibility to go between parallel sessions.
Each platform session room will be equipped with a video projector, a computer and necessary peripherals to support Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader.
The poster size requested is A0 FORMAT (84 cm × 119 cm) in portrait format. The material required to display your posters (tape, pins…) will be provided onsite.
The poster must contain the following sections:
The full paper (up to 10 pages) must be written in English using A4 size. Please use the WasteEng template. This template contains some WasteEng styles embedded in the file, and dedicated to the appropriate sections:
– Title page (Title, Name of authors, affiliations, keywords and abstract)
– Introduction
– Materials and methods
– Results and discussion
– Conclusions
– Reference list (please provide at least one reference)

The full paper must be submitted as a word as well as a PDF files, and only A4 page size is accepted. Scanned PDF files are not accepted.
The PDF file must be created using a PDF distiller, all fonts must be embedded. The file must neither contain any form of security, nor bookmarks, nor links, nor multiple files in a single PDF file.
Please note that your files must not exceed 3MB.
In order to upload your full paper, you should have an accepted paper and you have to be registered to the WasteEng2018 Conference. Access to your account and click on the « Upload full paper » button.
If you need to modify your full paper, it may be done until May 28, 2018.
